I am Julia Conley, your go-to real estate pro in Atlanta, GA! I moved to Atlanta in 2018 and haven’t looked back since. When searching for my home, I realized I love the thrill of the chase—finding the place I wanted to call home that fit all my needs. I searched Zillow, created a list of desired complexes, and started scouting. After finding that perfect place, I wondered if Real Estate was for me. And you know what? I’m young, single, and have the time. Why to leap? After a 75-hour course and one passed test, here I am. I joined Compass in 2023 and learned the benefits of client and Realtor business. Our platforms can’t be beat!
What I love is Atlanta itself. I always dreamed of living in a walkable city with excellent neighborhoods, great coffee shops, and close proximity to my Kentucky family. I’m on a mission to show that Atlanta is more than just a city people drive through—it’s a gem waiting to be discovered.
I’m not just passionate about real estate. I’m proud of my solo move to Atlanta, my Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology, and my real estate license while working full-time. I love working with people and creating strong and establishing relationships.
When I’m not busy making real estate magic happen, I’m all about self-care, strolls with friends, and helping pals find the perfect decor online. At home, I’ve got my partner-in-crime, Louie the cat, and my heart belongs to my Kentucky fam, especially my super adorable nephew – I’m always up for sharing pics!
